How Can We Trust A Judge?

At a small claim court, a Judge has a full power to rule an order without a verdit from a juror. Then, if a Judge rules out his/her order not bases on a fairness, where we can get help?

It is not the same as TV show display.  The judge at a court does not speak hardly as on TV. The judge gives out his rule without explainning.  Then, you life is on the judge's hand.

I went through it, and now I have a new look about the judge.

The best advice is: do not go to small claim court without consulting a best lawyer or willingness accept the deal. If you lost your case at the first time, do not expect the appeal will change the last verdict.

    Best luck,
